User Agreement

By accessing or utilizing sabongbetonline.com ("Platform"), operated by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), users hereby acknowledge and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content solely for personal use. Warranty Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PAGCOR expressly disclaims all representations and warranties regarding Platform reliability, accuracy, or fitness for particular purpose. No advice or information obtained through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein. Users acknowledge that Platform operation may be interrupted or contain errors.

Liability Limitations

PAGCOR's aggregate liability arising from or relating to Platform usage shall not exceed amounts paid by user during the three months preceding the claim. Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PAGCOR against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Platform usage or terms violation. Under no circumstances shall PAGCOR be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Jurisdiction and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. Users irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for resolution of disputes arising herefrom. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines.
